The Day Before
July 10, 2026
Guests arrive in Boulder — check in at the hotel, stretch your legs after travel, and the day is yours. The hotel atrium lounge is a great spot to relax once you've settled in.
All Guests WelcomeTake advantage of the morning to explore. Pearl Street Mall is a 5-minute walk; Chautauqua & the Flatirons are 8 minutes by car. See the Accommodations page for more ideas.
Join us for a little meetup the night before the big day at Avanti Food & Beverage Boulder. Everyone is invited — come say hi, grab a drink, and kick off the weekend with us.

July 11, 2026
Please arrive by 4:30 PM so you're seated and settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM.
The ceremony will be about 30 minutes.
The Main EventCocktails and hors d'oeuvres on the garden lawn.
A plated dinner from the Greenbriar menu — select your meal when you RSVP.
Dance floor opens — let's celebrate! Open bar, late-night snacks including some good ole chicken tendies.
The evening wraps up around 11:00 PM & guests will head back towards the hotel.
