Confirming your spot at the celebration
When is the RSVP deadline?
Please respond by June 1, 2026. After that we'll need to give a final headcount to the venue, so the sooner the better.
How do I RSVP?
Head to the RSVP page and start typing the name on your invitation — every guest in your household will load automatically. From there you can confirm attendance, choose your meal, and note any allergies for each person in your party.
What if I can't find my name on the RSVP form?
Email us at nickandmarypratt@gmail.com and we'll get you sorted right away.
What if my plans change after I RSVP?
Just shoot us an email and we'll update your response. We totally understand — please let us know as soon as you can so we can adjust with the venue.
The Day Of
Schedule, venue, and what to expect
When and where is the wedding?
Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the Greenbriar Inn — 8735 N Foothills Hwy, Boulder, CO 80302.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive by 4:30 PM so you're seated and settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM.
Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location, and will it be indoors or outdoors?
Yes — both will be held on the grounds of the Greenbriar Inn, so there's no need to travel between venues. The ceremony will take place outdoors at Greenbriar Falls, and the reception will follow just steps away inside the Greenbriar Inn restaurant.
What time will the reception end?
The evening will wrap up around 11:00 PM.

What to wear to the celebration
What's the dress code?
Black tie optional. We’re dreaming of a colorful day, so feel free to lean into bright hues and fun patterns! Whether you go bold or stay classic in a suit, tuxedo, or formal dress, we just want you to feel your best.
Will it be cold? Should I bring a jacket?
Boulder evenings can cool off quickly even in July, especially after sunset. We suggest bringing a wrap, shawl, or light jacket so you can stay comfortable through the reception.
Travel & Accommodations
Getting to Boulder and where to stay
Where should I stay?

Which airport should I fly into?
Denver International Airport (DEN) is the closest major airport — about 45 miles and a 50–60 minute drive from Boulder.
How do I get from the airport to Boulder?
You have a few options:
- Rental car — handy if you plan to explore Boulder during the weekend.
- RTD Flatiron Flyer (AB line) — a public bus from DEN to downtown Boulder (~1 hour, ~$10).
- Uber or Lyft — approximately $55–$75 one-way from DEN.
- Green Ride Boulder — shared shuttle service from DEN (~$35 one-way).
More details are on the Accommodations page.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes — the Greenbriar Inn has on-site parking. If you plan to enjoy the bar, please arrange a rideshare back to the hotel; Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout Boulder.

Gifts & Registry
Your presence is the greatest gift
Where are you registered?
Our registry is on MyRegistry — you can browse it anytime on the Registry page.
Can I send a gift before the wedding?
Yes — most registry items can be shipped directly to us. Your presence is truly the greatest gift, but if you'd like to send something, we appreciate it more than we can say.
Do you have a honeymoon or cash fund?
Yes! We have both a honeymoon fund and a home renovation fund — we just bought our first home together and we're so excited to make it our own. Both can be found on the Registry page.
Logistics & Boulder Tips
Helpful info for your weekend
Is the venue wheelchair / mobility accessible?
Yes — the venue is accessible. If you have specific mobility needs we should know about, please mention them in your RSVP notes or email us so we can make sure everything is arranged for you.
What's the weather usually like in Boulder in July?
July in Boulder is gorgeous — sunny days in the 80s and evenings cooling into the 60s. Quick pop-up thunderstorms are possible in the late afternoon, so a light layer and small umbrella are always a smart move.
Is Boulder at high altitude — should I be worried?
Boulder sits at about 5,400 feet. Most guests feel completely fine, but the air is dry and thin compared to lower elevations. We recommend drinking extra water, easing up on alcohol your first day, and giving yourself a chance to acclimate before any heavy hiking.
What is there to do in Boulder during the weekend?
So much! Our favorites are the Pearl Street Mall (a 5-minute walk from the hotel) and Chautauqua Park & the Flatirons. The Accommodations page has a full guide.
